NARSANROR INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP TRAINING was emanated by Evang. GABRIEL JAWAHAR PANDITHURAI IN 31 st January 1998, along with a group of friends with a visionary zeal to win India for CHRIST. It is a Registered Trust and an interdenominational and independent organization.

MINISTRY, IMPACT ON PEOPLE:
Train the whole Christian community irrespective denomination, clergy,missionaries,evangelists,laties to fulfil the great commission and to proclaim the gospel on contextualized methods as identified in the gospel such as:-
- Concepts of sacrifice
- Ideas of salvation or moksha
- Stories of good vs evil
- Desire for peace and liberation
OUR ENDEAVORS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS:
So far 352 bathes have passed out from NILT seminars. It caters to the needs of the requesting organizations, Bible Colleges, Missionary organizations, evangelists-oriented groups, churches, other Christian spiritual groups and Christian Fellowships to arrange for training programs apart from the trainings announced by NILT from time to time during January to December.
Like the reformation of the Church brought about by Martin Luther in the west, Indian Christianity needs a contextualized reformation.
Identified cultural and gospel connections are:
- Karma– Sin and Consequences. (Death)
- Moksha: – Salvation and freedom in Christ.
- Sacrifice: – Jesus Christ Atoning sacrifice.
- Guru: – Jesus Christ-the living and true way.
St. Thomas’ Gospel for 23 years in India paves way of all the biblical gospel in the Indian scriptures on Historical, literature, Theological, Philosophical,Mythological and Ichnographical concepts.
During the past there hundred years in the Indian Christian history, many scholars have done pioneering research on the ministry of St. Thomas and its enormous impact on Indian religions and Indian people. Several Doctoral theses and books have come up along with the word of GOD.
We need a two-pronged effort to find out and make use of new strategies for spreading the gospel in India: –
